I perfectly agree with Sammy Kuffour. This shows how unserious and wicked African leaders are. All that they think of is what will go to themselves. Issa Hayatou and his men and women in charge of Caf should bow their head in big shame. A tournament like this, you're giving $2million as the ultimate prize for the winner, isn't it shameful? Look at the monies other federations give on such tournaments.
