Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri admitted that Kevin-Prince Boateng ‘can do better’ than the performance he came out with against Inter.
The Ghanaian has been put under heavy scrutiny this season as he has failed to live up to the form he produced in the last two seasons with Milan.
The play-maker is one of the few remaining stars from the Scudetto winning campaign to remain at the club this season and has struggled to adapt to the changes that has occurred at the club, but the tactician is still backing him.
“Boateng can do better in front of goal but I liked his performance this evening,” Allegri announced in the post-match press conference.
“The team played well and we can’t always change the way we play otherwise it creates confusion.”
